ABOUT ME: 

Rich is originally from Hawaii, but went to high school in North Carolina where he was a 3 sport varsity athlete all 4 years. He spent 2 years in college, playing Div. II baseball and soccer before answering the call to serve his country. Growing up all over the world and serving our nation as a member of the US Army has given Rich the ability to blend different training methods and create a unique approach to the game.  After his military service, Rich dedicated himself to sports officiating and coaching and has spent the last 20 years continuing to learn and trying to make our sport better. Now, he is doing his part to level the playing field and create an equal opportunity for all athletes in any capacity he can. Rich is also a proud dad to two daughters.
