BASEBALL AND SOFTBALL: Hitting, Fielding, Recruiting

AGE GROUP: 10+ years old 

RATE: $50/30 minutes, $80/1 hour

ABOUT ME:  

Born and raised in Canada, Ray attended the Université de Moncton where he majored in Physical Education and Psychology. He furthered his education by attending the military academy to become a Royal Canadian Mounted Police where he served for 18 years as an investigator, instructor, major case manager, secret service and air marshal. Ray and his family moved to Atlanta over 10 years ago after he retired from the RCMP. He is now a partner owner at Program 15 Baseball where he leads merchandising and ecommerce, which allows him to even further his love of baseball. This love of baseball mixed with his entrepreneurial spirit propelled him to open Beacon Sports.

ATHLETIC & COACHING EXPERIENCE:

Coaching: ​

  • 20 years experience as coach/instructor across multiple sports

  • Batting Instructor for over 10 years to athletes playing baseball at Highschool, College, International Baseball Level

  • Member of the P15 / Future Star Series talent identification team attending events nationally & internationally

 

Accreditations & Affiliations:

  • Coaching accreditation by Baseball Canada (Toronto Blue Jays Coach Academy Clinic)

  • Member of the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA)

  • Member owner of the P15 / Future Stars Series
